Chalet Alpaca - Méribel
Sleeps 12 930m² Spa Outdoor Pool
Chalet Alpaca, recently completed, is an impressive addition to Méribel's increasing luxury chalet collection. Meticulously designed and crafted to make a stunning private home. The heated outdoor swimming pool and copper hot tub add an extra level of luxury to this extraordinary property. This incredible chalet was awarded World's Best New Chalet at the World Ski Awards in 2017.
Chalet Alpaca has an spacious interior bathed in natural light with breath-taking views of the valley from the floor to ceiling windows. The chalet sleeps 12 in six individually-designed en-suite bedrooms. Each room is furnished to the same high standard with luxury linens and a spacious bathroom and each one has either its own balcony or terrace. The important entertaining spaces are set out over three spectacular floors. At the heart of the chalet, on the first floor, is the magnificent living room and bar area, with double height ceiling, an open fireplace, and full height windows. There is a stunning dining area which makes for the perfect entertaining space and the separate kitchen allows you to enjoy meals in private. The living and dining areas both have access to the large terrace and south-facing garden. The extensive terraces and balconies wrap around the chalet to make the most of the astounding alpine panorama. Guests enjoy this amazing outdoor space by relaxing in the beautiful copper hot tub, swimming in the heated ‘endless’ pool, or watching the glowing embers in the fire-pit. Tucked away on this floor are three bedrooms, all with en-suite facilities, beautiful views, and private balconies. The first is a king-sized bedroom and the second and third bedrooms can be prepared either as doubles or twins. The top floor is home to the library, offering a cosy spot to relax and unwind with a good book in front of a roaring fire, and the master bedroom suite. The stunning master suite has a wood-burning stove, private balcony with panoramic views, generous dressing room, and en-suite bathroom. The bathroom has an exquisite copper bath with views to Saulire and a huge rain shower. The upper ground floor of the chalet has a fabulous cinema and games room, a spa with a hammam, sauna, rain shower, and a secluded massage room. The unique sports room is home to its very own indoor climbing wall. There is also a gym on the lower ground floor. In addition, there is a children's bunk room, with separate bathroom and twin/double bedroom with en-suite shower room. These rooms can be closed off as a self-contained family suite. Additionally, there is a self-contained staff flat, with separate access, which houses two chalet staff on the lower ground floor of the chalet.

About Méribel
Méribel is the ideal resort for a chalet holiday. It has been tastefully designed, with wood-clad buildings the norm and not the exception. There is a lively après scene – Le Rond Point and the Folie Douce are the hotspots – but this is also a good resort for families. The slopes of Méribel have something for everyone. From sunny, gentle nursery slopes to mile after mile of intermediate cruising and to some of the Three Valleys finest off piste, there is great variety – not to mention the remainder of the 600km of linked runs that make up the Three Valleys. A modern lift system whisks skiers and boarders around a vast network of pistes. Most are best suited to beginners and intermediates but in the form of Mont Vallon in particular, Méribel has some great terrain for advanced and expert skiers, including two new red runs in the Roc de Fer area this year. The location at the heart of the Three Valleys makes access to Courchevel and Val Thorens super quick and easy. Méribel comes alive as the lifts begin to close and has a very vibrant après ski scene. Le Rond Point is the focal point and there is live music and table dancing seven nights a week – 5-6.30 to see it at its liveliest. There are Folie Douce and numerous bars and clubs in town.
